Terms and conditions

  1. There are no restrictions based on age, training or nationality for submission.

  2. The artist will have to pay the corresponding fee in order to take part in the exhibition.

  3. The artist is the copyright holder of the image and must hold all moral and intellectual property rights. Must be the owner and the work(s) submitted are of their own origination.

  4. All works must be sent digitally following the requirement in the call out form.

  5. All submissions will be reviewed and selected by the curator. Only the selected artworks are allowed to be part of the show. Please note that the decisions are final and we are unable to offer feedback.

  6. Submissions must not contain anything which is or would be in breach of applicable laws or infringes any third party rights (such as material which is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred or menacing).

  7. The artist(s) agree that we may reproduce their work, only in association with the exhibition (including press/publicity/website/social media and catalogue and any other printed or digital material, advertising the exhibitions). There will be no royalty, fee, or other compensation to the artist by reason of such use.

  8. The organiser or gallery will not resale or use the image(s) in a manner that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.

  9. The selected artworks are allocated based on size, orientation, technical specifications, colours, etc. The curator carefully plans the placement of each work to ensure consistency throughout the show. Please note that the decisions are final and not open for discussion.

  10. The organiser or gallery will not be liable for any loss or damage to any artworks physically submitted at any point. We recommend that the artist insure their original artwork, especially in transit and while being exhibited.

  11. Artist accept that all work submitted will be available for sale in the exhibition(s) and on our website until the end of the exhibition period or the artwork is collected.

  12. The organiser will not take payment from the buyer of any artwork. The purchase will be made directly with the artist via PayPal.

  13. Image(s) will be stored in a secure location and only authorised staff will have access to them. They will be kept as long as they are relevant and after that time destroyed or archived. 

  14. There are NO REFUNDS after payment of the fees.
